Erick Castro is a California based bartender who first built his reputation at San Francisco's Rickhouse and Bourbon & Branch. He’s now the owner of Polite Provisions, Raised by Wolves, and Gilly's House Of Cocktails, all based in San Diego. Erick has numerous awards, including being named one of Drink’s International’s 100 Most Influential Figures in 2022. He also host the Bartender at Large podcast.
